AS part of our commitment to a LCTO, Low Cost of Total Ownership we have a unique support mechanism as well as Training programme. These fixes are easily undertaken by the operators and as such there is no call out fee and more importantly no downtime and no organising for some one to login externally.

BUDDY Training

While SafeBUDDY has been designed from the user up for fast take up, we recognise that many problems are caused by new staff arriving and needing training. Our Training is by a practical demonstration basis in a series of training videos located conveniently on our YouTube channel. We will continue to add new videos and take requests.There is also a sample data available to experiment with.

Troubleshooting Problems - Restore previous versions

In the rare case that the saved version has been overwritten with an older data you can download the correct version from the DropBox website. (E.g. When SafeBUDDY is opened twice despite the warning messages). Your Drop Box account will have the last 30 saved versions. SafeBUDDY usually saves every 10 minutes.For more instrcutions see the episode on the SafeBUDDY Youtube channel.

Troubleshooting Problems - Support Desk

SafeBUDDY Support.exe powered by AeroAdmin is a remote desktop software which does not require installation or configuration. To use you simply click on the icon and send an sms. We will then be able to connect and assist remotely. This is for premium support package.

This is a premium support add on and allows us to work with your data base to identify errors and issues that you may have.
